Continue to do our very best to bring you our readers the best coverage of all motoring events our country has to offer.

Bring on Ultimate X then! With tickets in hand for Nitro circus due 2 weeks later, Extreme X seemed like a great event to get us warmed up. Held at the entrance to the Waterfront it showcases four main events - Wake Boarding, BMX, Skateboarding and Motor Cross competitions.

Wakeboarding riders managed to get some massive air.

BMX Riders just got better and better as the day progressed.

Skateboarding is really an underrated sport.


It's definitely not as easy as it looks with lots of guys taking a tumble. One in particular because people holding small video cameras managed to shove the camera in the poor guys path not once but three times. While the videos produced by these small video camera guys are awesome, someone needs to explain to the operators of these cameras that common courtesy is good practice for both the competitors they are filming and their fellow photographers.

And then there was the motor cross. These guys drove the crowds insane performing numerous tricks which included Cliff-hangers, Double Grabs, Rock Solid, Superman’s, Back Flips, etc.

Extreme X is an annual event and is fun for the entire family with kids skate parks, constant entertainment and even stalls for fans wanting souvenirs or equipment. We'll definitely be attending next year as well.
